Gala Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"):

• Indirect acquisition of customer information from companies to which we are entrusted in the construction and provision of infrastructure related to online communities, and entrusted with the management and operation of member information
• Monitoring and research of information on the Internet
• Have a social responsibility to properly manage and protect the personal information we handle in the course of our business operations, including the direct acquisition of customer information and the management and operation of member information in the course of providing online games.

We have established our personal information protection management system in compliance with and in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard "Requirements for Management Systems for Personal Information" (JIS Q 15001), laws and regulations governing the handling of personal information, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Guidelines for the Protection of Personal Information in the Economic and Industrial Sectors", and based on this Act, the Telecommunications Business Act and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Guidelines for the Protection of Personal Information in Telecommunications Business". All employees of the Company shall endeavor to handle personal information appropriately and safely in accordance with the established personal information management system and declare that they will establish and implement the basic policy of personal information protection as follows:

1. We strongly recognize the importance of protecting personal information, and in our business activities, we will clarify the purpose of use of personal information at the time of acquisition, and acquire, use, provide, and entrust such information within the scope of the consent of the person concerned.
2. We will appoint a person responsible for the management of personal information, establish a protection system within the company, and manage personal information in an appropriate manner.
3. To ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, we will implement reasonable safety measures in terms of technology and organization, and strive to prevent and correct risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, or loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information.
4. We will comply with laws, national guidelines, and other norms related to personal information, as well as the management system based on the Personal Information Protection Policy.
5. We will continuously review and improve our management system to ensure the proper use and protection of personal information.
6. Respond to complaints and consultations regarding personal information without delay.
7. We will make this policy known to all employees and publicize it on our website.
